Special machine SM2302F3


The machine model SM2302F3 processes a chamfer of a complex profile at the ends of any bends or adapter rings with an outer diameter of up to 1420 mm, & nbsp; wall thickness from 6 to 100 mm and length up to 18 m.


The machine consists of a rigid cast-iron base, on which a one-coordinate power table with a cutting and boring spindle head with a single-carriage faceplate is installed. The carriage movement is driven by a high-torque motor through a rack and pinion gear. The carriage moves along the rolling guides. The clamping of the part is carried out using two power tables, on which devices are installed that carry out the basing and clamping of the workpieces. All power tables have rolling guides that provide the necessary rigidity and smoothness of movement.

Tool setting includes two cutters, of which one cuts the end face and the outer chamfer, the other – the inner chamfer and reinforcing the weld on the inner diameter of the branch, if necessary. At the request of the customer, the machine is equipped with a set of height-adjustable trolleys designed for basing large-sized parts.

  • High machining accuracy ensured by the presence of linear guides in the force table and faceplate, as well as the presence of a Siemens numerical control system.

  • Possibility of removing the internal seam on straight sections of bends.

  • End boring capability with wall thicknesses up to 15mm.
